Labrador
Labrador has a mix of the Broadwater beachfront and undulating tree-lines suburbs. Some of Labrador's original 'Queenslander' type homes, new townhouse projects, and up-market high-rise buildings and lodging may be found here.
When Labrador was first developed in the 1950's, it had an abundance of retro-style properties that were recently refurbished by first-time homebuyers; the other half will likely stay there for a few years until savvy home buyers and developers come along and buy them up.
The local schools include AB Paterson a co-educational college and one of the Gold Coasts finest private schools. Labrador Primary School and Coombabah High School also offer your child an excellent education and they are both well established in the local community including sporting events and arts initiatives.
